To begin with, in the business of cinema, can talent alone stand firm on a ground fertile with chiseled bodies and tall frames? ‘Ardh’ appears to be a pat-on-the-back, a homage to those who come from far and wide wanting to be the next Shah Rukh Khan or Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Mumbai but end up picking up the leftovers. If anything’s still up for grabs, that is.
